Before you start
Before logging in to CJSM, you should read the following to reduce the possibility of future interruption of access.
To log in to CJSM for the first time, you need:
- CJSM username
- CJSM password
If you do not own it or do not remember it, you must contact us so that we can provide you with these details.
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to choose a new password and provide answers to three security questions. It is recommended that you take this into consideration before logging in for the first time.
Your new password must be at least 10 characters long and contain at least the following three characters:
- Uppercase letter
- Lower case letters
- A non-alpha character
Finally, you will be asked to provide answers to three security questions.
- Your mother’s maiden name
- Birth City
- Your first school
Please note that the answers to these security questions are:
- Case sensitive
- It cannot contain spaces or punctuation
- The number of characters must be between 4 and 16 characters
- First login
To log in to CJSM, you need to open a web browser and enter the following address (you can also click this link):
- Type http://www.cjsm.net or click here
- The login area is located on the right side of the CJSM homepage. Enter the CJSM username “Step 1” and “Password CJSM Step 2” in the corresponding boxes, and then click the “Login” button.
- Warning if there are 3 errors in the login details you entered, your CJSM account will be automatically locked, and you need to contact us to unlock it.
Create a new password
After the first successful login, you will be prompted to choose a new password.
Enter the password you just used to log in.
- Then enter the new password and confirm it.
- Finally, click the “Change Password” button.
- Pay attention to the new password requirements.

Confirm your personal information
You will now be asked to confirm your personal data. Make the necessary changes to the job title, description, etc. But please do not change the insecure email address. When you are done, click the “Continue” button.
Provide answers to security questions
Finally, you will now be asked to provide answers to three security questions. If you need to reset your password in the future, it will be used to verify your identity.
Enter the answer to each question in step 1, and click the button to submit the answer in step 2.
Please note that the answer is:
- Case Sensitive
- It Cannot Contain Spaces Or Punctuation
- The Length Should Be Between 4 And 16 Characters.
After successfully setting a new password and security question, you will be taken to the CJSM homepage. Depending on the type of CJSM account you have, you can manage email (only PO Box account) or search the CJSM system.
It is recommended that you log out of CJSM and log in again to ensure that the selected password is set correctly.
You will be required to change your CJSM password every 90 days, and we recommend that you change it before the specified date. If your password is not changed in time, the account will be disabled and you need to contact us so that we can re-enable it.
If you have forgotten your password and locked your account, you need to contact us again.
Therefore, it is recommended to choose a password that is easy to remember and change it when prompted; otherwise, you may find yourself unable to access your CJSM account at a critical moment.
