How to create a Paychex account
- Go to http://www.paychex.com/login/
- Select PayChexFlex.com on the left side of the Paychex Flex screen.
- Then, follow the instructions to create an account, click “register” on the next screen, and enter your personal information
- After the account is created, you will be asked to log in again. From there, you can make administrative changes to the 401K and view payroll files.

- Personal information, including your social security number, main phone number and address
- The primary email address you can access
- You can create an account from a mobile device or desktop computer.
How to register a Paychex employee registration form?
- Social Security number required to complete the registration process: Click register.
- Click to enter personal information-enter your personal information, as shown in the following table
- Review and verify your information… If it is correct, click “Yes”
- Enter your security question in each drop-down list, then enter the answer in the relevant answer field, and click “Continue” when finished.
- You determine the security level of the account.
- Choose a default method to receive the verification code
- Click the checkbox: I confirm that I have read and understood the user security level.
In the next round, you will be asked to provide personal information:
- Next, create a username and check the username requirements
- Create a password, enter the same password to verify the password
- When entering the password, the green bar indicates whether you meet the password requirements
- If you create a password and verify that the password matches, you will see a green checkmark
- Enter your primary email address and verify your email address
- After that, if the primary email address matches the verification email address, you will see a green checkmark.
- If you receive error and warning messages, please retry the operation. If warning and error messages still appear, please contact Foundation HR.
- Then, you will be asked to verify your email and verify your email address.
- Verify the email address by clicking the link…this is the last step to activate the account.
- Next time you visit Paychex Flex.com, you will be prompted to activate your account
- Also, if you did not receive the email, please log in to www.paychexflex.com again, and then click Forward Email.
- Finally, if you fail to verify the email after receiving the verification email link, the link in the email will become invalid. If this happens, click Forward email.
