How to register for online services?
Follow these following steps to register for SJP login client account.
- Visit the login page of St. Stephen’s online wealth account. James’ place https://clients.sjp.co.uk/.
- Please note that the site is not currently optimized for mobile devices, but it can be used on tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
- Select the “Signature” button highlighted below (Figure A).
- When prompted, you must enter a unique activation code. Then fill in the rest of the form, surname, social security number and email address (Figure C).
- Finally, you will need to configure the security details. You will be asked to create a password and four digits
- The PIN code is used every time you log in to the online service account. It is important to remember this information, so please choose memorable information.
- You are now registered and can access your online service account. Write down your customer ID so you can use it when you log in.
- Now that you have registered, you can log in by entering the customer ID, 4-digit PIN code and password.
- Please note that you can register without an activation code. In this case, you will need to fill out an online form.
After the details are processed and verified, the customer ID will be sent to you.
In your online wealth account, after logging in to the online wealth account, the following homepage will be displayed.
Update your communication and communication preferences
By selecting the “Your Profile” panel, you will be able to update your communications and communications preferences. Alternatively, you can click on the “Profile” tab in the top menu of the online wealth account homepage.
You can set preferences to receive periodic reports and letters. By setting up your online communication, you will help us reduce our carbon footprint.
In order to communicate, there is an option to receive notifications via email or SMS. This will notify you when there is a new correspondence in the document library, as described below.
Provide documents and letters
If you have subscribed to receive electronic copies of certain documents (as described above), they will appear in the “Documents” panel.
After confirming your preferences online, you will receive information about your pension, credit funds,
ISA and electronic land bonds.
Other documents available online include:
- Annual share account.
- Mail investment management methods.
- Quarterly evaluation data.
- Income statement and regular withdrawals.
- Summary of regular donations.
Some letters will still be mailed, including:
- Letters with attached attachments, such as terms and conditions, envelopes with receipts for payment, returns of checks and original documents.
- Change of address letter, mailed for security reasons.
- Letters related to International Investment Securities and other International St. James’ Square Projects.

The St. James’ Local Partnership and the headings “Partner” and “Partner Practice” are marketing terms used to describe actors.
Some letters will continue to be mailed, including:
- Letters with attached attachments, such as terms and conditions, paid envelopes, returned checks and original documents.
- Change of address letters. For security reasons, these letters are sent by mail.
- Letters about IIB and other international St James’s Square projects.
