What if I don’t remember the G People password?
If you do not remember your G People password, please click “Forgot Password” and you will be prompted to answer two security questions (remember, the answers are case sensitive). You will then be asked to enter a new password, and then re-enter the password in the second box to confirm.

- The length must be between 8 and 14 characters
- Case sensitive, and should mix uppercase and lowercase letters
