Where can improve the patient experience?
Fifty-six per cent of the interviewees stated that they have received sufficient support from local services or organizations in the past 12 months to help manage their long-term illness. The local average of Hillingdon CCG is 77%, and the national average is 78%.
This approach will continue to be introduced to patients with long-term conditions, encourage and guide other local service agencies in the area.
Our receptionists are trained to guide patients to services in the community, and our doctors can provide active other support services to local patients.
After all, 77% of the interviewees thought the receptionist at the GP clinic was very helpful. The Hillington CCG average is 87%, and the national average is 89%.
The practice has hired more employees to meet the growing demand to support this practice. After the clinic has trained our new employees, we will continue to provide support to strengthen their training to ensure that our reception staff can answer all kinds of inquiries that general practitioners must answer.
The approach is to update our website, where you can find answers to common questions.
Also, seventy-five per cent of respondents said that the healthcare professionals they saw or talked to were good at giving them enough time during their last general practice.
The demand for appointments with general practitioners is increasing. To help meet the preferences of patients, clinics provide the flexibility to make appointments face-to-face or over the phone. However, they Astarted very early appointments with general practitioners and nurses from 7:30 in the morning. Furthermore, later appointments from 18:30 to 19:15. Please refer to the homepage for details.
The clinic has hired senior nurse practitioners to help provide clinical support to meet the growing needs of patients.
Moreover, the clinic can use the centre in the facility to provide patients with appointments from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on weekdays and weekends. The detailed information of the reservation date can be found on our homepage.
2020 General Medicine Patient Survey
Every year, the NHS conducts a survey on the habits of patients in general. The purpose is to enable all of us to better understand how individual practices can serve patients across the country. This year, more than 2 million people will be contacted and asked to comment on their practices.
The survey is the largest in Europe and is used to ensure that general practitioners and their behaviour follow high standards in Tower Hamlets and the rest of the country.
If you are one of the people randomly selected to participate in the survey, please take the time to answer.
Why fill in the questionnaire?
The NHS wants to know your honest experience with GP, whether it’s good or bad, or both. The feedback provided by you and others will help us assess our practices truthfully, understand our situation and what we need most.
How will my opinion be used?
The data provides vital information for the NHS to determine what is working well and what can be improved. It also helps to identify inequalities in the experience. Such as certain ages, ethnic groups, or people with other protected characteristics.
It can also provide new information that will not appear in other ways. Last year’s survey helped the NHS learn more about people who care about others. How this affects their experience of using health services.
Can people see my answer?
Ipsos MORI will keep your personal response confidential and will not forward it to your doctor or physician; instead, it will be posted anonymously along with other comments from your clinic.
